I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Horset Opera. The combination of a cozy atmosphere and an excellent location made my Paris experience nice. The only downside was a bit of street noise, especially since my room faced the street, but overall, it was manageable.

Rooms

My room was small, as expected in Paris, but it was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a fridge and safe in the room. Despite the small size, it was well laid out and met my needs.

The customer service was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with suggestions for my daily plans. They even offered a wheelchair for my daughter when she needed assistance, which was a lovely touch.

My stay at Hotel Horset Opera was quite enjoyable overall. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to major attractions like the Louvre and various metro stations. However, the room was a bit small, which is expected in Paris, and there were some staff interactions that could've been more positive.

Rooms

My room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, though it was certainly on the smaller side compared to what I might want for luggage space. The bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower, which wasn't ideal for me, but it was still well-maintained.
Service

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. They accommodated my early arrival by storing my bags, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was a particular incident at reception that left me feeling a bit frustrated, as one staff member was not very helpful in resolving an issue.

The hotel's location was a standout feature for me. It was just a few minutes from the Garnier Opera House and close to numerous dining and shopping options. I loved the quiet side street it was on, making it easier to rest after a busy day of sightseeing.

Breakfast at the hotel was good and offered a nice variety, though I would have liked a few more options. It was a pleasant way to start my day, but I felt some minor improvements could enhance the experience.

The room was certainly small, which is typical for Paris, but it was comfortable, clean, and elegantly decorated. While the breakfast could be considered a bit pricey at 17 euros per person, I appreciated the variety of options available to start my day. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Louvre and the Opera Metro station, making it convenient for sightseeing.
